Coordinator, Housing Facilities - Ferris State University

The Coordinator of Housing Facilities will facilitate all maintenance, repair, renovation and key activities. Whereas university Facilities Management staff provides custodial and maintenance functions, this position will coordinate departmental needs as it relates to facilities specifically setting priorities, asset management, and other facility related activities.

Required: Associate's Degree with five years facility management experience OR completion of an Associate's Degree within 18 months of hire and five years facility management experience. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered. Equivalency for education is two years of related work experience equals one year of education. Five years of related work experience with two years specifically in facility management, work order management, or access control.
